3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before processing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure payment options listed at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
• Prices does not include V.A.T where applicable

4. Product Availability & Delivery

• Red Kits are available in stock for immediate delivery.
• Black Kits and Custom Kits are available for pre-order only, with lead times subject to availability.
• Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and stock availability.
• Lovebox ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or carrier-related issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the products are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be coordinated in advance and approved before shipment.
• Refunds or exchanges will be issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
• Custom-branded products are non-refundable.

6. Product Use & Liability

• JOOLE products are designed for hospitality use and must be stored properly to maintain sterility.
• The hotel or hospitality provider assumes responsibility for proper product handling.
• JOOLE is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized resale of products.
• In the event of a product defect, please contact us immediately for resolution.

• All trademarks, branding, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of JOOLE, by Lovebox ltd.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any website materials without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
• Any disputes arising from the use of JOOLE, by Lovebox ltd. services will first be resolved through mediation; if unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Cyprus.
